Ed Little
Brokerage Director
Ed is the brokerage director for the MENTOR Oregon Mid-Valley Brokerage region—a position he has held since October 2010. With a keen understanding of the make-up of the Mid-Valley region, Ed oversees all financial and program operations in that geographic area.
His career with MENTOR Oregon began as a Personal Agent in the Mid-Valley region, supporting adults and their families in Lane and Linn Counties. Prior to his time with MENTOR Oregon, Ed was a project specialist with Oregon Technical Assistance Corporation. With that organization, he traveled throughout the state facilitating person-centered plans for individuals with IDD and provided technical on Oregon’s comprehensive Individualized Support Plan system.
Before moving to Oregon, Ed was an independent consultant with multiple provider organizations in northern Arizona, supporting individuals with IDD and families dealing with domestic violence. His career in the human services field began with volunteer work in the mid-1980s. He went on to work in group homes for children of the Dine (Navajo) Nation.
Ed holds degrees in Finance and Philosophy from Arizona State University and is a member of The Learning Community for Person Centered Practices (TLCPCP).
