Brain Injury & Mental Health
MENTOR Oregon believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to live as independently as possible in the communities that they call home. We recognize that each adult with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or Mental Health challenge has their own unique strengths and abilities.
Our programs are customized to meet every individual’s needs and build upon their strengths using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. In our residential services, as well as our day and vocational treatment programs, we provide active rehabilitation to help the people we serve learn practical life skills, reach personal goals and stay active in the community.
Residential Services
We take time to get to know each person and match them into one of our residential treatment locations or a supported living apartment. Our focus is on providing the individuals we serve the supports they need to live as independently as possible in warm, inviting homes in residential neighborhoods.
Day & Vocational Services
Our day services feature structured, meaningful activities designed to help individuals develop new skills and be successful. Individuals work in small groups with our specialized team, focusing on building vocational and social skills. We also provide volunteering opportunities and recreational activities so each person can be an active participant in their community.
